By downloading, installing, or using Glowy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Glowy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide (such as your name, preferences, and goals). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the App's functionality, including personalized affirmations.
Glowy offers optional premium subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's operation; (d) use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.
All content, designs, graphics, text, affirmations, themes, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Bruce Rosier and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Glowy name, logo, and mascot are trademarks of Bruce Rosier.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Glowy is a wellness tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The affirmations and content are for general well-being purposes only and should not replace professional mental health care.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bruce Rosier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. You may also stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. As a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
